Job Description:

Corn Belt Power Cooperative, headquartered in Humboldt, Iowa, is currently accepting applications for an assistant plant manager at the Wisdom Generating Station, located near Spencer, Iowa. The facility operates one steam turbine generator and one combustion turbine generator.

This position will report to the Plant Manager and assist in managing, supervising and coordinating operations, maintenance, construction, safety, compliance, workforce development and related activities for the Cooperative's generation facilities.

Experience:

Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field plus three years of experience in a power generation station or a two-year degree in a related field plus seven years of experience in a power generation station.
